An appearance on the shortlist can mean great things for author profiles and for publishers’ sales. What do the CBCA awards mean to you? Any favourites from this list?
My favourite from the CBCA shortlist is Special Kev. It’s highly original, very Australian and hilarious. There is enough space in the story for everyone’s own imagination to run wild. And it’s entertaining for both adults and children, in different ways. You’ve gotta read it!
