Do you offer exchange or return?
All our stock is in mint condition as it arrives from our suppliers. You can be assured that you are getting high quality, perfect products every time you shop at We Heart Books.
If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase; you may return and exchange the item/s providing:
1. Contact with We Heart Books is made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
2. The product(s) are returned to us undamaged and with all original packaging/labels intact.
If you can’t find an alternative product, we will happily provide a credit note, valid for 6 months from date of issue.
What happens if my product is faulty?
In the event that an item is faulty the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. We Heart Books will replace the item or refund the purchase price in full (including shipping costs).
How can I pay for my product?
Credit card/Paypal
Following an order from our online store, you will be transferred to a secure PayPal site to complete the payment. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay by credit card and Visa and Mastercards are accepted.
You will receive order confirmation emails from We Heart Books and payment confirmation emails from PayPal.

Direct Bank Deposit
We accept payment directly into our bank account via direct deposit.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, please use this number as the reference when you make your payment. This will make it much easier to track and make dispatch of your purchase faster.
Payment must be received within 5 business days of the order being placed. If your payment has not been received within this time, we will notify you that your order has been cancelled.
Please note that some banks can take up to 3 business days to complete a bank transfer.
When will my parcel arrive?
All our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (or next business day) of receipt of payment. Orders placed by 2pm (Aust EST) will be shipped the same day.
Australian orders are shipped via Express Post for delivery within 1-2 business days.
International orders are shipped via Airmail. Delivery times will vary.
We can be contacted at any time if you have any queries about your parcel.
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If you are concerned that your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will make every effort to trace a missing product. However, please note that the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon our delivery to Australia Post.
