Jeremy Holmes is a designer and director of his own design studio, Mutt Ink. In this book he has taken the graphic fable/rhyme of There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly and given it an even darker twist.

A stunning design the book has been created to look like the old lady. The part that you read from is her stomach where turning each page we can see the contents of her stomach that is filling with animals - trying to catch the fly!

The biggest surprise in on the last page when as the rhymes ends - tragically - the old woman's eyes actually close as you turn the page - 'She died, of course'.
